In this book, a thorough explanation of Korean labor laws is offered in English. Labor laws are broadly categorized into the Collective Industrial Relations Laws and the Individual Labor Laws. This book covers the individual labor laws. The core issues of the Labor Standard Act are discussed in-depth. Furthermore, some of the significant issues from the Act on the Protection of Fixed-term and Part-time Employees, the Act on the Protection of Temporary Agency Workers, and the Fatal Accidents Punishment Act have been addressed.
